question of the day

QUESTION:More and more companies are using MySpace, Facebook, and other internet social networking websites to perform background checks on potential employees. Do you think this is a good idea or do you believe companies have gone too far?

ANSWER: I do believe companies are taken it way too far because , your myspace/ facebook page is made out of privacy and most likely no one thinks about making a myspace page in reference for employers to search for their employees. I also believe that they are taken it too far because many people post thigs that are not appropriate for many people to see, such as a boss, or a employer to search

QUESTION OF THE DAY:
Do you think the government should give 14 billion dollars to the automotive companies to keep them from going bankrupt? (Explain your answer.)

Answer: I do think the government should give up 14billion dollars to the automotive companies to keep them from going bankrupt because if they don't then their would be many people out of jobs that work for the companies. And many things that the companies provide for us will be declined.
Also on the flip side companies may also blow the money up on things that are not necessary.

Essay on blog safety tips for teens.

Blog sites! Having a blog site can be fun and it can be a hassle. Many teens enjoy have a blog page but what they don't no is it can be dangerous. Many teens that do have a blog page don't know the safety tips and rules that go with it. In this essay i am going to inform you of some tips that i know and why they are important.
BEING ANONYMOUS. It is important that you be as anonymous as possible. Avoid postings that can enable a stranger to locate you, which includes your last name, the name of your school, sports teams, the town you live in and, where you hang out. I know it doesn't seem so important but it is. Those minor things can cause serious consequences.
PROTECT YOUR INFO. Check to see if your blog site has a list that allows you to control who can visit your profile or blog. If it does only allow people you know and trust. If you don't use privacy features, anyone can see your info.
AVOID MEETING IN PERSON. Don't meet anyone that you meet in a profile or a blog only if you are certain of their identity Although it's still not risk-free, if you do meet the person, arrange the meeting in a public place and bring some friends along with you.
Photos: Think before posting. What's uploaded to the Net can be downloaded by anyone and passed around or posted online pretty much forever. Avoid posting photos that allow people to identify you. Before uploading a photo, think about how you'd feel if it were seen by your teachers or family.
Age. Membership rules are there to protect people. If you are too young to sign up, do not attempt to lie about your age. Talk with your parents about alternative sites that may be appropriate for you.
Their are many more where that came from i just feel those are the most important. To all my blog readers please "SAFTEY COMES FIRST"
